They’ve got a subscription CSA going, and want to get into hydroponics so that they can supply fresh organic food throughout the winter. I experienced such luxury in Louisville, Ky., thanks to Grasshoppers Distribution, and I’m happy to be a part of the effort in Upstate S.C. The research and writing are a fun challenge, but the best part is helping people clarify and articulate their visions. Hopefully the process is empowering for them, beyond the financial gain.
